Shipping & Delivery Policy For Products
We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company / post office norms. GunSam Foods Pvt Ltd (Tail Tale) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order).

Terms and Conditions
- Pet food products would be charged itemized shipping charge of Rs. 75 / quantity
- If the order value is more than or equal to Rs. 500 with no dog food, than shipping would be FREE
- If the order value is less than Rs. 500 with no pet food in the order, then shipping would be Rs. 49
- If the order has pet food or cat litter + any other items, than the itemized shipping would be applicable at Rs. 75
Rs. 49 applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method.
Dear Customer: COD facility is available for Order Value under INR 3000
All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation By Tail Tale:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. ‘Online Payment’ mode orders will be cancelled if transfer is not done or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
Cancellation By Customer:
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Care via email within 24 hours from the date of delivery. A picture should be taken of the defective product and sent to the official Tail Tale WhatsApp within 12 hours of receipt of the product. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
